2.2 How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to any text message you receive from Cookie's Nails. After you send the message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to opt back in, simply text "START" or contact us directly.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

3.1 Booking Policy

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via text message. Appointment confirmation is subject to availability and will be confirmed by Cookie's Nails.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.

3.4 No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their appointments without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee and may be required to provide payment information for future bookings.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products unless you have informed us of known allergies prior to service.
